Booking Tips

Reservations Requests

  • Fill out the booking form to start your reservation.
  • No payment is needed at this time.
  • We will contact you shortly to confirm availability, finalize the details, and collect payment.
  • Your submission is a request only and is not a confirmed rental until we reach out with official confirmation.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted via Zelle and Cash App.
  • We will provide payment instructions once your booking is confirmed.
  • Please note that your rental is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Delivery Information

  • We offer fast, free, dependable delivery & pickup within a 10-mile radius of ZIP code 77008.
  • For customers outside our area:
    • Katy, Fulshear, Richmond & Cypress: Please visit Blazin Ritas
    • The Woodlands, Spring, Humble & Kingwood: Please visit The Margarita Man
  • Machines are delivered the morning of your event and picked up the next day.
  • Delivery times will vary based on our route for that day — we’ll notify you of your delivery window during the week of your event.

Setup Guidelines

  •  Please let us know if the machine will be set up indoors or outdoors (our machines work up to 95*F)
  • Machines are heavy and delivered on a cart. They cannot be:
    • Carried upstairs or over more than 1–2 steps
    • Rolled over gravel, grass, or rough terrain
  • A clear and smooth path is required for proper delivery. If not available, we’ll set up the machine in the most accessible safe area.
  • If your location requires a gate code, please include it in your booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline delivery if the location is unsafe or does not meet access conditions.

Late Return policy

  • Timely pickup and returns are essential to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • If you're picking up a machine, it must be returned by noon the following day, unless previously arranged.
  • If your return is more than 30 minutes late without notice, a $25 late fee will be added to your total.
  • For each additional day the machine is not returned or available for pickup, a $50 per day late charge will apply.
  • Communication is key — please contact us if your return or pickup is delayed and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which machine should I choose?

If you’re hosting a smaller gathering or want a budget-friendly option, go with our single-bowl machine (XC112). It’s easy to pick up, fits on most countertops, and includes one flavor. Great for parties, girls’ nights, or chill get-togethers. 

If you want to serve two flavors at once or cater to both adults and kids, our double-bowl machine (XC224) is the better fit. It’s delivery only, larger, and perfect for block parties, showers, or events with 30+ guests.

We recommend using indoors during Houston summers.


What happens if it rains or I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a refund (minus credit card fees). For weather-related concerns, we can try to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future rental.


Do I need to clean the machine?
Nope! Cleaning is on us. Just turn it off and empty contents after use — we’ll take care of the rest.


Can kids enjoy the drinks too?
Absolutely! All our mixes are non-alcoholic. Alcohol is added separately by the customer, making them perfect for all ages.


Do I need anything else for the machine to work?
Nope — we provide everything: mix, cups, straws, signage, and setup. You bring the good vibes (and the alcohol, if you'd like).


How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays to ensure availability.


Do you provide a rental contract or invoice?
Yes! We send a confirmation email with all the details and a digital invoice. If you need a formal rental agreement, just ask.


What if my setup space doesn’t meet the delivery conditions?
We’ll do our best to find a solution, but we reserve the right to decline service to locations that don’t meet our delivery safety standards.
